CRM for business developers who create deals and concepts together

The best deals are born between companies: in a consortium, a partnership, a joint concept nobody owns alone. Yoin Networks is the room where that work happens – with shared target accounts, clear roles and a shared relationship memory – until the deal is mature enough to move into Salesforce or HubSpot.

Ten manufacturing companies in western Sweden with high energy use in production.

  • Engineering and plastics, 80–400 employees
  • One shared list of ten target companies
  • The energy consultant knows the production heads at three of them

Early deals don’t fit the group CRM

01

When a business developer enters a relationship idea or a partner collaboration in Salesforce, the forecast gets muddied and sales leadership reacts.

02

So the early phase lives in notes, email threads and Teams channels – and disappears when someone changes jobs.

A shared Workspace for companies building something together

Same Board

Two or more companies deliberately share a board and target accounts in a joint Partner Workspace, with the option to mirror their part to their home Workspace.

The contact puzzle

Without anyone handing over their register, you see which warm entry points the parties have together at each target customer.

Roles and next steps

Who owns what, who books the meeting, what applies until the next check-in.

Separate discussion threads

Keep internal team discussions separate from shared partner discussions on the same deal, with a consolidated overview in the message inbox.

Materials & documents in context

Upload files or link documents from Microsoft 365 (OneDrive/SharePoint) and external links directly to the deal, Workspace or meeting room. Keep supporting material together in the right context.

From idea to offering – together

Business development is as often about shaping a new offering as about selling an existing one.

In Yoin, two companies can build a joint concept in the same room: target group, offering, who delivers what, the first five customers to test it on.

When the concept holds, it becomes deals on the board – and each party mirrors its part to its own home board.

Example in practice

An automation company and an energy consultant shape a joint offering around energy efficiency for manufacturing industry. They share ten target companies in western Sweden, see that the energy consultant already knows the production manager at three of them, and book the first meetings within two weeks.

The scenarios in practice

Scenario 01

Single shared deals & "Each Their Own Board"

Partner deal · private amounts

Run a specific deal together with a partner. Share the deal room, context and next steps without exposing amounts or margins. Each party chooses their own board or a simple shared-deals list.

Example in practice

An IT consultancy and a change-management firm submit a joint bid to a region. Both see the same next step, while each tracks its own fee on its own board.

Scenario 02

Joint Partner Workspace ("Same Board")

Strategic partners & sister companies

For strategic partners and sister companies building a joint pipeline, sharing target accounts and completing the contact puzzle for shared customers.

Example in practice

Two sister companies in the same group share 40 target accounts in West Sweden. The account lead instantly sees that a colleague next door has already met the CFO.

Scenario 05

The AI assistant as shared relationship memory

Claude · Copilot · ChatGPT

Your AI (Claude, Copilot or ChatGPT) reads and updates your shared context, suggests who should contact whom and logs meeting notes in seconds.

Example in practice

After a client meeting the salesperson dictates a summary to Claude, which logs the meeting, moves the deal to Proposal and adds a follow-up for Friday.

Scenario 06

Pre-CRM for business developers at larger companies

Before the deal is ready for the group CRM

The fast, relationship-driven Workspace for early partnerships and complex deals before they are mature enough to hand over to the group CRM (such as Salesforce or HubSpot).

Example in practice

A business developer at an industrial group keeps five early partnerships alive in Yoin – only once a pilot is approved does it move into Salesforce.

When the deal is mature, it moves into Salesforce

A partner manager at a technology company runs four innovation partnerships in Yoin. When the third becomes an approved pilot, the deal is handed over to the group’s Salesforce or HubSpot – manually or via your AI assistant/MCP – with a link back to the Yoin collaboration room where work with the partner continues. The group gets its forecast; the partner keeps Yoin.

Zero IT friction to get started.

08FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Terms & Glossary →
Does Yoin Networks replace our Salesforce or HubSpot?

No. Yoin complements the group CRM. When a deal is mature, it is handed over to Salesforce or HubSpot – manually or via your AI assistant/MCP – with a link back to the Yoin collaboration room where partner work continues. We do not have a built-in one-click Salesforce sync.

Can we build a joint offering with another company without sharing our entire customer register?

Yes, each party chooses exactly which contacts and deals are shared in the room.

How does an external partner get in?

Via a secure link, in ten seconds, without first setting up their own CRM. The partner can then mirror the deal to their own free account.
